How to get support

TALENTA LMS includes 6 months of free support under Brix.id support policies. You can get support through our CRM at this link.
After login to the “Licenses” menu and add your purchased product using the item purchase code. You can get the item purchase code from your brix.id panel.
Once your verification code is registered, you will be able to send support tickets from the “Support” menu.
